When does the sign get installed?
Installation is typically done the night before your event and picked up the evening of your event. Installation may also occur during the early morning hours on the event date. Delivery times may be adjusted by special request.
How long is the rental period?
Card Pixie signs are rented for 24 hours. Rentals can be extended for $30 per day. Please request additional days when booking.
Where will the sign be placed in the lawn?
We choose the best placement to ensure optimal visibility and picture backdrop. If you would like us to install the sign in a specific location, please request when you place your order.
What happens during inclement weather?
If the weather is severe enough to prevent the standard installation process the day before the event, all efforts will be made to install as early as possible the day of the event. If we are unable to install or reschedule, a full refund will be honored.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course! Hopefully, this will not come up, but we understand that life happens. We are happy to reschedule if possible or we will provide a full refund with 48 hours of notice prior to the date of the event.
How can I prepare for my sign installation?
• Please water your lawn the day of the installation
• Please cancel any lawn maintenance scheduled for the date of the event while the sign is displayed in your lawn. Do not cut grass or edge around the sign.
• Turn off sprinkler systems during installation and the day of the event
• Remove animals that may be present during installation and while the sign is displayed in your lawn.
• If the sign is a surprise for someone else, please notify at least one adult at the address of the installation.
