• All signs are property of The Card Pixies. Damage outside of naturally occurring weather-related circumstances (storm, flooding, wind, etc.), defacing, vandalizing, or tampering with the signs in any way is prohibited.
• You are responsible for the replacement cost of any letter, graphic, or stake that is damaged while displayed at the agreed-upon service area. Replacement cost payment for damaged signs will be requested within 24 hours of removal and is due upon request.
• Removal, rearrangement, or alteration of the signs after installation is strictly prohibited. If early removal of the sign is required, please contact us and we will remove it.
• Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. The Card Pixies sign displays WILL NOT support the weight of anyone leaning or sitting on them.
• The Card Pixies are not responsible for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the agreed-upon rental period.
• The Card Pixies will not install sign displays during inclement weather conditions that prevent the installation process. If we are unable to reschedule the installation, a refund will be honored.
• Please turn off water sprinkler systems and notify lawn service companies to reschedule services for the duration of the sign rental period.
• The Card Pixies reserve the right to respectfully decline requests that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
• The sign display will be installed the night before your rental date unless other arrangements are made with The Card Pixies. Sign displays are typically installed after 7 pm the day prior to the rental date and removed after 7 pm the day of the rental.
• Prices include installation and removal of the sign display.
• The Card Pixies choose the best location possible for visibility, as well as for photos. Occasionally, there are elements in the lawn that obstruct the standard placement of the sign display (tree roots, lawn sprinklers, landscape lighting, etc.). These elements may dictate the placement of the display. Please make a request if you would like the display placed in a specific location. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
• The Card Pixies will not place a sign in front of a public utility box, water main, or any other structure owned by the city or state. Impeding access to these areas could result in a fine from the city or county.
• If the recipient of the sign display contacts The Card Pixies to inquire who ordered the display, we will inform them unless you give us specific instruction to withhold the information.
• The Card Pixies will place a small sign with each display that advertises the company name, phone number, and website. Please do not remove it.
• The Card Pixies respect your privacy and will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may occasionally contact you to share information regarding our products, services, and promotions but you can always opt-out of the communications if you do not wish to receive them. • Payment in full constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions contained herein.
