Refunds
• The Card Pixies will gladly reschedule or provide a full refund prior to 48 hours of the date of the event.
• The Card Pixies will provide a full refund if extreme weather conditions prevent the installation of the sign display.
• Refunds will not be provided if early removal of the sign display is requested.
• Refunds will not be provided due to customer entry mistakes made during the order submission.
• Refunds will not be provided due to being denied access to a gated community. Please provide specific entry instructions when submitting the order.
• Refunds will not be provided due to animals that prevent the installation of the display.
• Refunds will not be provided for circumstances that prevent the installation of the display that are out of our control.
